| The Insurance Product Filing unit file room is from 8-Noon and by appointment. Filings are open to the public once closed by the Department. Many filings are accessible in electronic format. The file room computer has a CD-burner and USB port for downloading files. You must bring your own blank CDs and/or memory stick/thumb drive. A printer is NOT available to print files. If you are looking for a specific filing or form, please have as much information as possible, i.e. name of company, approximate date of submission to the Department or closing by the department, and type of insurance product.
