Real estate licensing is done online through our vendor, Pearson VUE. The Department has worked with Pearson VUE to develop the PULSE (Pearson VUE Uniform Licensing System for E-Government) system, which allows you to apply for licenses, renew existing licenses, check on continuing education, and perform other tasks, such as updating an address. You may access the Pulse system at www.pulseportal.com .

NOTICE:
The 2009 statutes available on the Revisor's Office website have been updated with the changes to Licensing requirements that do not take effect until July 1, 2010. Current requirements are available here.
