The majority of insurance licensing activity is done online through our vendor, Sircon. This online service allows you to: apply for a license, renew an existing license, check on continuing education, or perform other tasks such as updating an address or name change.

Some license activity is still done on paper. Links to the forms you will need are in the right hand column of the page related to the licenses that use paper forms.
