The SWIFT (Statewide Integrated Financial Tools) project has as its goal the implementation of a new web-enabled system that will replace the state's accounting and procurement information system, commonly referred to as MAPS. This mission-critical system supports the daily operations of the state. The project will replace MAPS, reform government business processes and eliminate the risks associated with operating an aging system.
