Find your medication(s) in the A-to-Z list of available prescription medications.

  Review the medication summary page, which shows the cost for each pharmacy. 

Choose the pharmacy from which you want to order.

As of Jan. 1, 2009 Total Care Pharmacy no longer participates in Minnesota RxConnect. This is because the state and TCP have chosen not to renew the pharmacy contract that expired on Dec. 31, 2008. For services, please contact one of the three other participating pharmacies.

Print the order summary for the pharmacy from which you want to order. You must also send an original written prescription   from your doctor, unless you are ordering a refill.

• If this is your first order from a pharmacy, you also must print the "First-time Customer Form" for that pharmacy. It includes a Customer Agreement you must sign and send to the pharmacy before it will complete your order.  Click here to see the "First-time Customer Form." 
• If you are ordering a new medication that you haven't taken before, click here and read this before placing your order.
• If you are ordering a refill, you can order by phone by calling the pharmacy's customer service number. You may also order your refill by mailing or faxing an order form.
